Super insightful and a must read before surgery!

This book is loaded with everything you need to know before and after your surgery. I think the part that helped me the most was the emotional roller coaster to expect before and after surgery. The doubts, the worries, the excitement...it's a whirlwind of emotions and I'm so thankful that Dr. Burgdorf was able to help me prepare for that aspect of it all and know that it was actual normal to be experiencing it all! This is a must for anyone considering any plastic surgery. He's truly a compassionate doctor who wants to the best for his patients/readers!

Everything I needed!

The Mommy Makeover showed me that the road to restoring my body is not nearly as difficult as I once thought. Dr. Mike answered all my questions and put both my heart and mind at ease. I loved that I can use this book as a resource for my Mommy Makeover options as well as a guide for before and after care/options. It's all laid out in a simple plan and all I have to do is follow it. Couldn't be any easier!
